Bitcoin price quotes have made their way onto Twitter's platform.
Twitter, an American social media giant, has launched Bitcoin (BTC) price quotes feature, which can be accessed through the social media platform's search tool.
The price quotes, which went live around April 18th, are powered by TradingView's charting platform. It is worth noting that the chart also includes a warning, "Your Capital At Risk," which can suggest that with its new feature, Twitter aims to comply with all crypto-related regulations.

On top of that, the BTC ticker is linked to the Israeli cryptocurrency exchange eToro allowing users to buy or sell Bitcoin.
Upon the feature's investigation, it appears that only BTC price quotes are available.
On April 13th, the news broke that Twitter plans to introduce in-app crypto and stock trading option, which would be a result of its partnership with eToro.
At that time, the crypto exchange's spokesperson commented on the partnership by stating:
Twitter has become a really important part of the retail investing community, and it’s where a lot of people go to access financial news and acquire knowledge. We think $Cashtags can play a central role in this conversation, and they are already gaining a lot of traction.
The new feature is not the first Twitter's venture into cryptocurrency charts. At the end of 2022, Twitter rolled out a feature allowing users to check cryptocurrency, stock, and exchange-traded fund (ETF) prices on its platform. In mid-January, Twitter added several new tokens to its crypto price index feature.
The integration of Bitcoin price quotes on Twitter, fueled by its collaboration with eToro, is a significant milestone for cryptocurrency enthusiasts and casual observers, marking a step forward in mainstream adoption.
