With cryptocurrencies potentially being even more prevalent than in 2021, the showroom will be a great chance for blockchain-focused tech companies and crypto platforms to bring awareness to their brands, and introduce people to blockchain technologies.
Samsung has previously announced its new collection of Smart TVs with NFT compatibility, which will be showcased at CES, and many believe that other big corporations from other sectors will, sooner or later, fall in with the metaverse hype.
Tech researcher Maribel Lopez, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, stated that while the metaverse is a completely fresh concept, the growing blockchain industry shows clear signs of development. Therefore, an exciting, new technology such as this is destined to be featured in such a showroom, because "that’s kind of what CES is about."
