Apple, an American-based multinational technology company, has recently announced that it would be looking to hire a creative director and an art director who has experience in the Web3 ecosystem.
According to the official listing, the associate creative director should be interested “in interactive platforms and Web3”, while the Web3-driven art director should have a “passion for experimentation and innovation.”

Interestingly enough, the Tim Cook-led tech giant has recently removed the listing, however, a reposted version was soon published on the internet.
Last year, Apple was searching for a crypto professional with five years of experience “working in or with alternative payment providers, such as digital wallets, BNPL [buy now pay later], Fast Payments, cryptocurrency and etc.”
On another note, Apple is a well formidable player in the crypto industry, as earlier this year, the company announced that it would be pouring significant amounts of capital into artificial intelligence (AR) developments for its devices while seeing the potential for metaverse-based apps.
Nonetheless, the tech firm isn't the only one to be delving into the crypto industry, as back in February, one of the biggest tech corporations Microsoft was also searching for a person that has significant knowledge in Web3, digital assets, blockchain protocols, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), decentralized finance (DeFi), and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) fields.
