The professional female athlete will be looking to exchange her earnings from the 30-Woman Royal Rumble match for cryptocurrencies.
After returning to WWE on Smackdown last Friday, Danielle Moinet, commonly known by her stage name Summer Rae, told reporters at FOX Business that she will become the first-ever female athlete to receive Bitcoin and Litecoin as her pay for participating in the Royal Rumble.
In fact, earlier, she was titled as the first female athlete to have an executive position in a crypto-based company called Cornerstone Global Management.

When asked on her return to WWE, and the decision on receiving pay in crypto, Danielle Moinet stated:
"I am excited to be converting some of my pay from the PPV into crypto with Hedge. As more professional athletes are starting to get paid in crypto I think it’s important for female athletes to as well. I am excited to be at the forefront of that movement!"
According to the WWE superstar, the conversion will be made by Hedge, which is a conversion platform that automatically exchanges any fiat currency paid by the employer into BTC, LTC, or ETH.
CEO of Cornerstone Global Management David Schwartz showed his full support for Danielle and other females that participate in the crypto industry. He was very excited that the WWE superstar is back in the ring, and that she has finally decided "converting some of her pay into crypto."
