After the initial press release on Ubisoft bringing in a startup blockchain entity into its Entrepreneurs Lab, which led to criticism on social media platforms, the gaming company dove into the dynamic NFT area with aleph.im.
On December 21st, the aleph.im network tweeted an official announcement regarding their partnership with Ubisoft Quartz, which will be the company’s newest NFT platform. This deal is set to bring NFTs into Ubisoft’s top games like Tom Clancy’s franchise.
By partnering up with aleph.im, Ubisoft will allow users to track information on their digital in-game assets and NFTs, known as Digits. Players will be able to purchase said assets with these NFTs or put them on the marketplace.
