A French video game company Ubisoft did release an NFT platform Ubisoft Quartz. Besides that, the Castlevania creator, Konami, developed its own NFT collection.
Ubisoft Quartz and Digits received backlash from gamers regarding the new NFT platform. However, the vice president at Ubisoft Strategic Innovations Lab, Nicolas Pouard, responded to the negative comments saying that it was a normal reaction.

However, it’s no secret that Nintendo intends to “always provide joy”, so they are being extra careful about introducing any integrations within the Metaverse, or even releasing NFTs.
