Abhi Bisarya, Crypto.com's Executive Vice President of Products, expressed the company's confidence in the integration of AI with the crypto sector, citing the tremendous potential and opportunity it offers.
As with other businesses and sectors, we see incredible potential and opportunity in the convergence of AI with the crypto industry and our platform specifically.
Crypto.com spokesperson noted that despite being in the early stages of generative AI, responsible implementation could lead to "massive positive implications" across various industries.
This is particularly the case for crypto when it comes to helping educate users about the underlying technology and financial services more broadly.
Acknowledging potential drawbacks, the spokesperson mentioned that the firm anticipates receiving a substantial amount of feedback from the AI pilot, which is expected to be incorporated into future upgrades.
By integrating AI into its platform, Crypto.com joins the company of other crypto exchanges and wallets that have adopted AI features. One of them is the crypto exchange Binance, which announced the integration of ChatGPT into Binance Academy. The new "Binance Sinsai" utilizes machine learning to extract answers from the Binance Academy's resources.
