With a massive audience of 146 million followers, the artist reposted a clip from Michael Saylor's CNBC interview, arguing that Bitcoin will "eat" gold.

The influence of public figures may play a significant role in shaping its trajectory and public perception. Yet, the crypto world has been relatively quiet on the celebrity front in this current market upturn, making Drake's post an exception that could reignite interest among retail investors.
This isn't Drake's first foray into the crypto space; during the Super Bowl 2022, the rapper posted a screenshot of him placing $1.3M in BTC on the Los Angeles Rams.
YouTube star and professional boxer KSI has also recently sparked crypto buzz, except in a more negative way. In February, the influencer rejuvenated his crypto-focused X account and was accused of using pump-and-dump schemes.
