The course, led by Marius Raugalas, required teams to apply their digital marketing skills in practice. With a modest budget of $100, each group was tasked with planning and executing a two-week marketing campaign for a selected company. Students created marketing campaigns for local companies, including tech firms, cosmetic brands and bottled water producers.
Their objectives varied from increasing brand awareness to driving sales, and according to evaluators, the campaigns were notably effective. In particular, one team even managed to generate nearly €1,000 in actual sales on a mere $100 budget.
BitDegree, known for its focus on high-quality products and cutting-edge marketing practices, sponsored the course in a bid to nurture more marketing specialists within Lithuania.
The company believes that with a strong determination to succeed in marketing, anyone can "move mountains."
When asked about the initiative, BitDegree co-founder Danielius Stasiuslis remarked:
